Program Overview:

Beyond Beauty Connectionz empowers participants to understand that success goes far beyond appearance. This program equips youth and adults with financial literacy, entrepreneurial thinking, and wealth-building skills that promote independence and confidence.

Core Learning Areas:

• Budgeting, saving, and credit basics

• Banking, investing, and money management

• Entrepreneurship fundamentals (branding, pricing, marketing)

• Side hustles, small business creation, and self-employment

• Confidence-building and professional presence

In this program, participants will:

• Attend Build Your Business” workshops

• Complete budget challenges and financial simulations

• Attend Guest speaker seminars (entrepreneurs, bankers, business owners)

• Compete in pitch competitions and have access to table pop-up shop events

Target Audience:

Middle school, high school, college-aged youth, and young adults
